We invite all brokers/agents to participate. You must register your Buyer with Century 21 Heritage before the Buyer places a bid for the auction or a "Buy Now" to be eligible for a commission.
The SOC (Selling Office Commission) will be paid based on a 2.5% of the final purchase price for Brokers who register their client(s) and whose client(s) successfully wins the bid that is accepted by the Seller and successfully closes on the property. All commissions will be paid at closing. To be eligible you must also submit a signed Buyer/Broker agreement along with the Buy-Sell Agreement to Century 21 Heritage. Century 21 Heritage invites broker/agents from out of the State of Montana to participate in our Auction. If you are not licensed in the State of Montana you will need to contact us to register with Century 21 Heritage as a "Registered Referral Broker" before the Buyer places a bid for the auction and/or "Buy Now". A referral fee of 1% of the final purchase price will be paid to Registered Referral Brokers whose client(s) successfully wins the bid that is accepted by the Seller and successfully closes on the property. Purchase Now Bid - is an offer to purchase submitted to Century 21 Heritage that is at or above the Purchase Now Price. These bids will be opened and reviewed by the Seller within 3 business days from receipt. If accepted by the Seller the property will be marked "Pending Sale" until closing.
Purchase Now Price - is the price the Seller will accept for the property prior to the Auction End Date, subject to their review of any contingencies in the bid and the qualification of the bidder.
Minimum Bid - is an offer to purchase submitted to Century 21 Heritage that is at or above the Minimum Bid Price. These bids will be opened by the Seller on a daily basis until the end of the Auction End Date for the specific property.
Minimum Bid Price - is the minimum acceptable purchase price for the property that the Seller would accept, subject to their review of any contingencies in the bid and the qualification of the bidder.
Action End Date (final Auction Day) - is the date and time that bidding will end for the specific property listed on the web site. This date may vary for each property and will be displayed on each property.
